PAID VACATION
All of our full-time employees receive a
generous paid vacation package. The
first week’s paid vacation can be taken
after the first six months of
employment.

We understand that families need to be
together in times of grief.
PAID JURY DUTY
Jury duty is part of being a good citizen.
We will continue to pay you your regular
salary if you are called upon to serve on
a jury.
DIRECT DEPOSIT OPTION
Enjoy the convenience of NOT having to
go to the bank to deposit your paycheck
—and having your money available to
you immediately.
"PERFECT ATTENDANCE" REWARDS
We offer financial incentives for perfect
attendance during a given 6-month
period. After six months of perfect
attendance, you will receive a $50
savings bond. Go another six months
without missing a day, and you will
again receive a $50 savings bond. And
to reward you for a full 12 months of
perfect attendance, we will give you an
additional $100 savings bond. Planned
vacation time will not be counted
against an employee’s attendance
record -- we want our staff to enjoy
their time off!
NEWSLETTER
Our company newsletter keeps our
employees aware and informed of
company policies, facility news, current
trends in health and nursing care and
employee activities. It offers a vehicle
for communication between
management and staff.
